हर शक़ दूर करने के लिए, प्रवेशाज्ञा प्रपत्र पर साफ़-साफ़ लिख लें कि, धार्मिक और चिकित्सा-सम्बन्धी वजहों से, लहू किसी भी हालत में न चाहिए और ना ही उसे देने की इजाज़त दी जाती है।
